SnapChord is a free chord transposer.

Description:
SnapChord Transposer is a free program that automatically  transposes chords to other keys. Thus, SnapChord is ideal  for customizing music to fit your voice. In most cases there  is no need to specify e.g. which lines of the song contain  chords.

However, you can always overrule SnapChords AI, by marking a line as a chord line or a text line. You can  open chord files, save them, get chords from the clipboard and more. A chord chart function can detect which chords  are being used, and insert a guitar chord chart containing  the relevant chords. ChordPro files (i.e. chords in  brackets) are supported, as are regular OLGA chords. The transposition of basic tabs (tablature) is also supported.

SnapChord includes an autoscroll feature which will scroll  down the text at a preset speed, so you can read the chords  without using your keyboard. Finally, a print feature is  included. With SnapChord, transposing is a breeze!
